Mason Jar Lighting

Mason Jar Lighting is a quick and easy project that will give you just a nice warm touch of light whether it be in the bathroom, kitchen or any room in your home or camper.

As most of you know I am so into the rustic, primitive and antique looking décor items and such. Recently while doing some searching for some cute hanging mason jar lights, to which most just had little tea light candles inside, I wanted something a little different and then I saw these cute little mason jars and mini fairy lights were tucked inside, which I absolutely fell in love with AND since they are battery operated it makes it much for efficient for me to use in the camper.

I would suggest getting some wire from your local craft store and also some hanging chains to make them hang able, mostly by inserting the wire through the chain and wrapping the wire around the rim of the mason jar and twisting the end to keep it from falling off. Just make sure to tuck the sharp ends under a bit or round them to avoid from getting scratched.

You can use S hooks to attach the chain to for hanging or simply put them on the counter without all the needed prep work for the option of hanging. I have to admit I will probably do both.

Would make a really cute night light in the bathroom or just a cute added touch to your already fabulous décor in your home or camper.

Where to buy:

I am sure the wire, hanging chains and the lights could be found at your local craft store, such as, Michaels, JoAnn's, A.C. Moore or your local ACE Hardware store as well.

Good luck and happing lighting!
